Price Match Guarantee
We strive to offer you the best rates. If you find a lower qualified rate that is viewable and bookable on any of these booking websites – Booking.com, Expedia.com and Hotels.com platforms, we will at our sole discretion, match that rate and credit the difference as dining credit at the resort accordingly.
Terms and Conditions:
- Price Match Guarantee applies to confirmed bookings only.
- The following conditions must apply to the lower price submitted:
- Same property
- Same number of nights or stay dates
- Same room type
- Same cancellation policy
- Same number of guests
- Same room inclusions
- Room type must be available for instant confirmation when our team checks availability.
- Same currency
- Final rate includes applicable taxes.
- Price Match is applicable only for the platforms mentioned above. If the lower price you found is from other websites/platforms not indicated above, Price Match Guarantee will not apply.
- Any add-on fee included in a booking is not eligible for Price Match Comparison.
- Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following:
- Cashback Rewards
- External gift cards
- Credit Card promotions
- Mileage Points
- Unpublished Rates such as:
- Corporate discount rates
- Group meeting rates
- Private rates
- Packaged rates (including airline, car rental or event tickets)
- Rates that are not available to the public
- BE Hotels and Resorts has the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including but not limited to ensure claim meets all terms, conditions and claim processing requirements.

Verification:
If your claim meets all criteria, we will honor the lower price and apply an adjusted rate on the same room category and rate for each night of your stay.
Approval Process:
- Claims are subject to verification.
- A claim may be denied if the price difference is minimal (5% or less).
- We reserve the right to deny claims that appear abusive or manipulative.
- These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
